DIY framed retro comics postcards

Dear Friend,

DIY framed comics postcards pinThe artwork on the wall is the most charming home decoration, but the interior can be beautified with the framed postcards as well.

Today I will present to you how to make a framed retro comics postcards, although you can also choose the postcards you like best.

This DIY framed retro comics postcards is so easy to make! Follow my step-by-step instructions to learn how to make it.

Gather your supplies:

  • For this project, you will need a wooden frame or some old framed picture you don’t like anymore (as in my case). But, you can pick up some frames at your local craft or frame store.
  • White and brown wrapping paper.
  • Choose postcards you like the best (the number depends on the size of the frame as well as the postcards).
  • Scissors and glue.
  • It took me about an hour to make it.

Here is how:

Step 1: Turn the picture on the inside, and cover the back with white paper. This will be your working area and also the front of the frame. (See the photo below)

Step 2: Cut brown paper into strips about 1 cm wide. The length depends on the size of the frame base. Glue up the same on the edges of the frame base to highlight the middle of the same. Around and between the postcards leave a frame of about 0.5cm. Depending on the size of the postcards cut surface of brown paper on which you’ll stick your postcards. First, glue the brown surface to the white frame base, then the desired postcards.
