Letters To A Friend

Hello & Welcome To My First Blog Post

blog retro-sparks letter writing

Dear Friend,

blog retro-sparks pinterestWelcome to Retro-Sparks! My name is Selena and I am very excited to share with you my enthusiasm for the art of letter writing, DIY stationery & crafts, as well as my motherhood adventures.

So, I’ve decided to start my own blog and the reason is quite simple considering that writing is my passion, the holy area of mine, where I do not subordinate imposed values, nor imposed rules.

I have been writing letters for more than 13 years and DIY stationery & crafts are my passion for more than a year now.

Retro-Sparks is my first Blog where I write in the form of letters to a friend about something that is common to all of us.

I will write about experiences and challenges, emotions and passions, love and spirituality, creativity and education, reading and books, art and culture. In essence, I will write about what we love and what we have, what we have lost and what we seek. I will write about life sparkled with creativity.

Correspondence, letter writing, snail-mail, and stationery lovers can also expect to see creative DIY stationery projects and crafts presented in the Creative Factory page.

Moreover, I am a fresh mommy. In October 2019 I gave birth to my daughter who was born with a rare birth defect called Long-gap Esophageal Atresia Without Tracheoesophageal Fistula. She was unable to swallow. The challenges we have gone through, as well as the ones we face on a daily basis, are presented within my Mommy Belly page.

I’ll write about our creative solutions that helped us with the intention to provide our daughter with a healthy life.

My intention is to inspire, support, and encourage parents who encounter the same problem, as well as to inform others about this insufficiently known phenomenon.

Also, there is a Free resource library page where I share my freebies such as birthday card decor printables, mini polaroid frames, miniature vintage letters forms, printable Easter greeting cards, printable stickers for baby cards, an e-book about the art of letter writing, newborn essentials checklist and much more.

Subscribe to my blog and get the password for the Free resource library right in your inbox. That way you have access to a huge variety of my freebies such as birthday card decor printables, miniature vintage letters form, formal letter template, an e-book about the art of letter writing, newborn essentials checklist and much more.

Thank you for visiting my blog!

Lots of Love,
Selena
